- Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health-related goods, refunds or returns are only accepted if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You request a refund within 7 days of delivery
- Non-Refundable Items
We cannot refund or accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged after delivery
Discounted or promotional items
Items exposed to contamination

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong or damaged item was sent.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
